These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and FinSense.Money regarding your use of our platform, website, and related services. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using FinSense, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the service.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use FinSense.

2. Description of Service

FinSense is an AI-powered personal finance management platform that helps users track income, expenses, budgets, and goals, and understand their overall financial health through tools such as the Finance Health Score.

FinSense is not a bank, non-banking financial company (NBFC), stockbroker, registered investment adviser, or financial advisor. We do not hold your money, execute trades, or provide personalised investment recommendations.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the platform. The quality of your insights and scores depends on the data you provide, so you agree to enter financial details honestly and keep them up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users’ data, reverse engineer any part of the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, copy, software, the Finance Health Score engine, and any AI-generated outputs made available through FinSense are the property of FinSense.Money or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

The FinSense platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we work hard to keep the service accurate and reliable, we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinSense.Money will not be liable for any financial decisions you make based on the insights, scores, or other information provided through the platform. You remain solely responsible for evaluating your financial situation and, where appropriate, consulting a qualified professional.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or posed a risk to other users or the platform.

You may stop using FinSense and delete your account at any time from the in-app settings. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the platform.

Continued use of FinSense after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
