Refund & Cancellation Policy
This page explains our current approach to refunds and cancellations for the FinSense.Money platform. We believe in being upfront about pricing and any related policies, so the information below reflects exactly how things work today.
1. Current Status
FinSense.Money is currently free to use. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, or one-time purchases active on the platform at this time.
Because no payments are being collected from users, there are no charges to refund and no billing to cancel. If you see any communication suggesting otherwise, please contact us immediately at the email address below.
2. Future Paid Plans
If and when we introduce paid plans, we will update this page with clear refund terms, including the circumstances under which refunds are available, the window within which they can be requested, and the process we will follow to review and process requests.
We will also notify users in advance through email or in-app communication before any paid plan becomes active, so that you can review the pricing and terms before opting in.
3. Cancellation
You can stop using FinSense at any time. You can also delete your account directly from the Settings section of the platform. When you delete your account, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
If you encounter any difficulty deleting your account from within the app, you can email us and we will assist you with the process.
