This Grievance Redressal Policy explains how users of FinSense.Money can raise a grievance related to the platform, how we will respond, and the timelines we follow to resolve complaints.
1. Our Commitment
We are committed to handling every user concern seriously, fairly, and promptly. If something about the FinSense platform, your data, or your experience isn’t right, we want to hear about it and put it right.
We follow the requirements of applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and the Intermediary Rules framed under it) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. Grievance Officer
In line with applicable law, we have designated a Grievance Officer to receive and handle user complaints:

3. How to File a Grievance
To file a grievance, please send an email to thefinsensemail@gmail.com with the subject line “Grievance - [Your Issue]”.

4. Resolution Timeline
We will acknowledge your grievance within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. This acknowledgement will confirm that your message has reached the Grievance Officer and that it is being reviewed.
We aim to resolve every grievance within thirty (30) days of receipt, in line with the timelines prescribed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where a matter is more complex, we will keep you informed of the progress and expected resolution date.
5. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, or if your grievance remains unresolved within the timelines above, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Indian regulatory authorities.
